About the Cake Café

I began New Orleans Specialty Cakes by selling delicious homemade slices of chocolate cake. Each day I would bake these wonderful cakes and go door to door selling fresh slices throughout the city of New Orleans.

Over the years, I've developed a loyal following of customers who buy cake by the slice, some of whom I visit several times a week. People also place orders for whole cakes for birthdays, parties, weddings, holidays and special occasions. Businesses give my cakes as gifts during the holidays to recognize and appreciate their customers.

As my customer base grows so does the variety of cakes. Each cake is lovingly made fresh by me and delivered or shipped fresh to your door. New Orleans has a wonderful history of food. My goal is to serve cakes that continue this tradition.
